We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Copywriter with deep Spanish language expertise to join our Creative team and help shape the voice of the Un-carrier across media touchpoints. The primary focus of this role is Spanish, but the ideal candidate must also be comfortable working in English. Responsibilities

Lead the development of compelling Spanish-language copy across campaigns and channels (TV, digital, retail, social, print, experiential). Work in both Spanish and English to support bilingual communications and ensure strong alignment with T-Mobile’s brand voice. Maintain the right balance between English-language message intent and Spanish-language authenticity—ensuring every piece of content is culturally resonant and audience-appropriate. Craft bilingual copy where needed, in ways that feel natural and fluid, not awkward or mechanical. Develop and maintain copy guidelines, messaging toolkits, tone-of-voice documentation, and terminology guides for Spanish communications. Serve as a subject-matter expert for linguistic accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance across media and audience types. Ensure all Spanish messaging reflects T-Mobile’s values and identity, while effectively communicating offers, benefits, and brand stories. Act as the central voice for Spanish language across brand, marketing, customer experience, legal, and localization teams. Provide guidance and leadership in language decision-making and message alignment, contributing to a consistent customer experience across touchpoints. Facilitate collaborative discussions with humility, empathy, and clarity—this team values mutual respect, active listening, and shared creative wins. Bring a problem-solving approach to cross-team coordination, removing friction and helping progress work when challenges arise. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities. Partner with strategists, art directors, designers, and project managers to bring ideas to life. Present copy and creative decisions confidently, welcoming feedback and always advocating for audience-centric storytelling. Be a proactive teammate who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and helps keep projects moving—especially when answers aren’t clear. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in copywriting or brand communications, with a portfolio that includes bilingual or Spanish-first marketing campaigns. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; understanding cultural and regional language distinctions and communication norms. Proven ability to build and maintain copy and language systems, toolkits, or messaging frameworks. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership. Background in telecommunications, tech, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries (preferred). Experience working with legal and localization teams on language approvals (preferred). Understanding of inclusive language practices and audience segmentation across U.S. Hispanic and multicultural markets (preferred). Open to travel up to 20% (required). Legally authorized to work in the United States. Education and Work Experience

Base Pay Range: $71,400 - $128,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is for a successful candidate in the role; actual starting pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience within this range.
