Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant videography experience, OR
Master’s degree and one (1) year of relevant videography experience.

Special Conditions
The department is especially interested in candidates who have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Must be able to work a non-standard work week when necessary, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and traveling with the team(s).

Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities
Create video and motion graphics content for the athletic department’s social media, website, and arena video boards. Collaborate with all 19 sports programs with a primary and secondary assignment.
Produce content for sport competitions, fundraisers, community engagement initiatives, and special events. Serve as lead creator on intro videos for football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball; assist on other intro videos as assigned.
Develop hype videos, athlete features, promotional/marketing materials, and paid elements to engage fans, recruits, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Stay current with digital trends and assist in developing creative and digital strategies to broaden the athletic department’s reach.
Collaborate with marketing and communications to ensure aligned, timely distribution of video content across platforms, adhering to brand and production standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Train and develop other departmental creatives, interns, and students in content creation using available equipment and resources.
Schedule game coverage and events for students and interns; ensure work meets brand and quality standards.
Lead monthly feedback and training sessions for interns and students.

Collaborate with the American Athletic Conference, NCAA, media partners, and other outlets to create and distribute content that enhances Memphis Athletics’ visibility.
Coordinate with Learfield Sports to fulfill sponsored digital and video elements based on inventory and availability.

Maintain and manage all video production equipment and production space; ensure readiness.
Assist in asset management of digital files related to creative content, ensuring organization and archival efficiency.
