The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for transforming mined data into clear data sources for analyzing revenue and expenses to improve earnings potential. You will: Compile and analyze financial information; develop revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information to ensure accuracy of records. Identify business trends and developments in competitive environments; perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Support the FP&A Director by building new processes and improving existing finance processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses. Perform ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling. Communicate clearly with stakeholders; demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform month-end/quarter-end/year-end close duties, understanding income statement and balance sheet accounts; prepare accrual-based entries and provide clear analyses of variances in P&L. Prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly branch and segment forecasts; explain revenue variances to budget and prior year. Partner with branch leaders and finance leadership; identify revenue and expense trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with goals. Collaborate with the FP&A Director to develop new processes and enhance data integrity and efficiency. Conduct ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor\'s degree and 4 years related experience. Strong Excel and financial management software skills. Preferred: Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline with 3–5 years of FP&A experience. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability; self-starter who takes initiative. Experience with JD Edwards, SAP; PowerBI proficiency. Knowledge of GAAP; experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred. Compensation And Benefits

The base pay range is $64,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. The actual compensation depends on skills and experience.
