Base pay range : $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Job Description
Responsibilities and expectations for this role include leading tax engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality tax services in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, and 1041. Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback. Conduct tax planning and research for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits. Review work for accuracy and compliance with tax laws and firm standards. Manage multiple client engagements while meeting strict deadlines. Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues and deliver excellent service. Qualifications
What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Tax a plus). CPA license (preferred or in progress). 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax. Solid knowledge of tax laws and regulations across multiple entity types. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Why This Is a Great Opportunity
