Prepare and review a variety of federal and state tax returns, including 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, and 1041. Review staff work and provide actionable feedback to support development and technical growth. Research and resolve complex tax issues with confidence and accuracy. Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate directly with clients to gather information, address concerns, and provide expert guidance. Stay current on tax laws and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance across all work. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's in Tax a plus). CPA license (preferred or in progress). 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax background. Excellent technical tax preparation and review skills across multiple return types. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-first environment. What We Offer
