Essential Function: Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. 30% Brand: Supervises and supports the direction and planning of associates to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales and KPIs, and drive customer loyalty in assigned stores. Ensures brand standards are met (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code). Acts as main contact to resolve customer issues. Analyzes store trends to anticipate customer demands. 30% People: Trains and develops the team to achieve results. Recruits to build a strong candidate network for external hires when needed. Identifies strengths and opportunities for each associate and coaches or counsels as needed. Maintains positive associate relations, communicates Company information, and fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging. 30% Operations: Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Supports digital strategies, including Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Proactively manages inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling to meet business needs. Ensures proper store opening/closing procedures and timely completion of company directives and projects. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains a safe store environment and enforces policies. Protects company assets through inventory and cash control procedures. Analyzes reports and utilizes available tools and technology. Ensures HAZMAT training and procedures are followed. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives Effective communication with team and management Scheduling availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable but not required Competencies
