Essential Function Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop the strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all areas outlined below and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present. Job Details

Essential Function repeated; responsibilities are listed under Primary Duties below. Primary Duties Brand – 30% : Supervises and guides associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc.). Serve as main contact to resolve customer issues. Analyze store trends and anticipate customer demands.
People – 30% : Engages, trains and develops teams; recruits to build a strong candidate network; provides coaching or counseling as needed. Holds team accountable to policies, maintains positive associate relations, communicates Company information, and fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Operations – 30% : Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Supports digital strategies (Omni-channel fulfillment: SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Manages inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling. Ensures proper opening/closing procedures. Follows Company directives and projects in a timely manner.
Safety/Loss Prevention – 10% : Maintains a safe store environment and enforces policies. Protects assets through inventory and cash controls; analyzes and uses available reporting and tools. Ensures HAZMAT training/compliance where applicable.
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives
Effective communication with team and management
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
