About the role

We’re seeking a Senior CRM Administrator to lead the strategic selection, integration, and optimization of our sales technology stack, with a primary focus on AI tools to enhance our sales development and outbound teams. You will be the key technical expert responsible for building a robust and scalable technology ecosystem that enables our sales teams to be more efficient, effective, and data-driven. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape the future of our sales operations and directly impact our revenue growth and market position. Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Vision: Partner with the CRO and revenue operations leadership to define the long-term vision and strategy for our sales technology stack System Administration: Design and maintain a seamless and scalable architecture for all sales and marketing technologies. Ensure data flows are clean, accurate, and reliable to feed AI models and reporting dashboards AI Tool Selection & Integration: Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered sales tools for lead generation, qualification, email personalization, and sales intelligence. Manage the full lifecycle from vendor selection to integration with existing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Gong) Implementation & Deployment: Lead the technical implementation of new tools and features, including configuration, API integration, and ensuring a smooth rollout to all revenue teams Performance Monitoring & ROI: Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI of technology investments. Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales operations, marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure the technology stack aligns with broader business goals Training & Enablement: Partner with sales enablement to develop and deliver training on new technologies to maximize tool utilization Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a sales operations or related role with a strong focus on technology and systems, including at least 3+ years as a CRM Administrator Proven track record of selecting, implementing, and managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), including HubSpot custom objects, workflows, and integrations Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to the sales process (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing) Expertise in API integrations and a strong grasp of data structures and data flow management Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and project management skills to lead initiatives and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field preferred Compensation

The salary range for this role is $140-155k. The displayed range reflects an average base salary across the U.S.; actual offers may vary based on skills and experience. Location
