What you’ll do
Lead & mentor a team of accounting professionals Oversee & review the month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP Partner with finance and operations teams to analyze performance, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to help grow the business Prepare detailed forecasts and data-driven reports to support business planning. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and leverage technology for efficiency. Support audits and special projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA or actively pursuing certification 5+ years of accounting experience in either public accounting or in-house 1 year of previous supervisory experience Hands on experience with US GAAP & financial reporting Workday knowledge helpful Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Ability to analyze large sets of data and work closely with business leaders to help them drive their business segments Seniority level
