We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store by achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail leader who handles challenges, develops talent, and provides excellent customer service. Essentially, you’re a superhero in retail.
What You'll Do
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals, focusing on results and customer engagement.
Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team.
Create buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
Lead a well-organized business with a balance of structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first practices.
Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting the business.
Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
Use sales reports and data to inform strategy and meet sales targets.
Manage store operations, adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control spending.
Merchandise the store effectively, leveraging planograms and launching promotions timely.
Mentor and recognize staff, building a talented team through ongoing development.
What You'll Need
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, and operations.
A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
Ability to adapt to the fast-changing retail environment and handle unexpected challenges.
Interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends.
Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
