We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, staff development, and performance management. You should be a proactive leader capable of handling various challenges and committed to developing talent and delivering excellent customer service. Essentially, you’re a superhero in retail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Manage store operations effectively, balancing organization, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first practices. Oversee shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Use sales reports and data to inform strategies to meet sales targets. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly. Merchandise the store appealingly, following planograms and launching promos timely. Mentor and recognize staff, building a talented, passionate team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail store management experience, with skills in communication, recruiting, and operations. High school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt to the fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $23.75 - $29.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
