Overview
Reporting Analyst role at University of Washington (UW-Information Technology).
As a member of the Reporting & Analytics (R&A) team, you’ll empower the UW community through access to high-quality institutional data and work with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Payroll to shape Workday reporting solutions that improve operations and decision-making across the university.
Responsibilities
Gather and translate user requirements for new and existing Workday reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with report developers to deliver accurate, actionable data.
Support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Help faculty, staff, and students make data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
Required: Three years’ experience in business analysis, project coordination, requirements elicitation, and report/analytics development.
Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication skills, technical documentation skills, user liaison skills, and personal interaction abilities.
Ability to represent, promote technical reports; work independently with reliability, accuracy, and productivity across any reporting data domain or subject area.
Experience maintaining harmonious working relationships and addressing complex administrative issues; use of discretion and independent judgment in decision-making.
Desired
Experience conducting business analysis in a complex business environment.
Functional knowledge of Finance data domains.
Experience designing or building Workday reporting solutions.
Experience working with SaaS infrastructure, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience in Higher Education administrative systems (HR, Payroll, or Financials).

Pay Range: Minimum $87,984.00 annual; Maximum $105,000.00 annual.
