Our Hotel is conveniently located 1 mi from Los Angeles International Airport, offering an outdoor pool and an on-site bar and restaurant. It provides a free 24-hour airport transfer service. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. We’re searching for a Sales Director with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. Key Skills/Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Management: Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets. Communication and Negotiation: Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with clients and team members. Analytical and Strategic Vision: Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies. Sales and Marketing Expertise: Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting, and closing techniques. Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource functions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce. Financial Acumen: Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively. Requirements
