Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Project New Generation provides overall strategic leadership and operational management for the organization’s programs, including its Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) group home services, licensed home health agency, expanding DDD Home and Community-Based services and therapy services, and pharmacy services. The CEO is accountable for compliance with all Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS), DDD, and federal regulations, and for ensuring that the organization operates efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with its mission to deliver safe, high-quality care.
