Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and maintaining records of patient test results. Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures. Assemble and/or disassemble kit trays and materials as needed. Clean and maintain the sample receiving area so that it can function in a neat and orderly manner. Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance, and correct the problems. Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications. Provide assistance to the Laboratory Technologists as needed. Responsible for handling documentation requirements. Outsource and oversee the sample reception area. Provide administrative support to the laboratory team. Ensure accuracy and proofreading of company documentation prior to registering data in the software. Enter and update client data where required using the proper software. Register non-conformities related to pre-analytical steps. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications

Associate degree in related fields is preferred. More than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory. Benefits
