The part-time Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to enable the Sales Department to increase sales, expand and enhance current products/services, create new products, improve customer experience, research new revenue streams, and to serve as another point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create exhibit events, booth inventory, and invoices in Aptify or new CRM system Collaborate in clean data efforts Send confirmations for all exhibitions and provide clear communication to all exhibitors and sponsors to ensure a smooth registration process and positive experience Ensure that all exhibitor information, company abstracts, and sponsor logos for website and event mobile app are collected for all events Monitor Cadmium and follow up to ensure tasks are being completed by exhibitors/sponsors Prepare Sales Department shipments for meetings Organize Sales Staging Office and files Work with Programs Department when needed Work with Registration to ensure that all exhibitor badges are collected for each meeting Work with the Accounting Department to ensure receipt of payments and reconciliation of meetings, website, and publication ad sales Enter new sales leads and update contact information and topic codes in Aptify and/or HubSpot Collect and organize ad materials for all digital publications and websites Upload ads to websites (PDA Website, PDA Letter, PDA Journal, Caboodle and Email Marketing avenues) Performs all other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or four years equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to take direction, and accomplish tasks efficiently, on time and accurately Ability to prioritize work and to organize a remote work environment Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team Ability to apply sound judgment and use discretion when dealing with sensitive information Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication (both written and oral) skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of proven competency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Design/Desktop Publishing Programs
