is looking for a
Sales Director, Influencer Partnerships
to join our high-performing East Coast sales team. The primary responsibility is to drive and grow new business from brands and their agencies. The ideal candidate is a charismatic seller with a track record of acquiring and managing new accounts, creating unique and valuable partnership proposals, and executing plans that exceed partner expectations. Candidates are highly motivated, self-assured team players with strong digital and social media skills. You will be a part of a high-caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth! What you'll do
Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new accounts
Strategically and creatively build a pipeline and maintain a high level of activity
Lead the sales cycle and effectively communicate Open Influence's vision
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
Effectively communicate sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales goals by closing new accounts and upselling existing ones
Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s
Identify new market opportunities, internal process improvements, and facilitate market feedback
Closely track internal KPIs
Work closely with Creative, Account Management, and Talent Relations teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Act as an internal advocate for your clients by providing strategic market feedback and participating in product development initiatives
Requirements
4-10 years
of digital sales experience
Experience in Influencer Marketing
Proven track record of exceeding quarterly revenue goals
Team player with exceptional presentation and communication skills, and an ability to help partners understand the unique value of Open Influence to persuade them to tap into the power of our platform
Fluency in digital and social media
Track record working with leaders at East Coast Agencies and Fortune 5000 Advertisers
Well-regarded in the marketplace with a network of contacts among relevant potential partners
Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
High energy, positive attitude, and a great sense of humor
The expected salary range for this role is
$120,000 - $220,000 USD , depending on experience.
