We are looking for a leader who can help drive Starbucks Turn Around by working closely with senior leadership to define enterprise strategy, evolve the operating model, and enable faster, better decisions that return the company to growth. Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects addressing growth, transformation, and operational excellence to support the Back to Starbucks turnaround. Deliver insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations and translate complex business challenges into clear decision paths for senior executives including the CEO, ELT, and Board. Lead cross-functionally at all levels to guide enterprise prioritization, build organizational alignment, solve systemic challenges, and ensure execution with excellence for key initiatives. Plan and manage enterprise processes and practices to drive targeted decision-making and program alignment with enterprise goals. Qualifications

Strong ability to define, structure, and resolve complex problems with data and insight. Strong ability to ask powerful strategic questions to improve decisioning. Ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple sub-teams. Ability to present complicated material concisely in written and verbal form. Attention to detail. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint. We’d like to hear from people with
