BURKE+CO. www.burketalent.com THE GIST: Our client, an established private equity firm, is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to support multiple executives based out of their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior executives, with a superior sense of ownership and pride in their work. This is an awesome opportunity to join a strong admin team in a supportive environment! THE NITTY GRITTY: Expertly manage executives' calendars, oversee scheduling, and coordinate meetings Arrange both international & domestic travel and prepare itineraries Collaborate cohesively with other members of the administrative support team Manage all incoming email communications with a strong sense of urgency, discretion, and tactfulness Send correspondences to internal teams and external stakeholders Assist with event planning and company offsites Process expense reports Assist with research projects Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed Assist with other administrative tasks & projects, as needed THE ESSENTIALS: 5+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant Experience working in financial or professional services preferred Polished and professional communication style Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Impeccable attention to detail Exceptional written communication skills Superior level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines THE CHERRY ON TOP: Opportunity to join an established firm Awesome group of admins + EAs to partner with!
