Holler-Classic is adding to our Team resulting in an immediate need for a strong candidate to fill our Data Scientist role. This position is responsible for assisting our Chief Operating Officer with General Analytics, AI implementation, etc. We are seeking a skilled and innovative
Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
to join our automotive team. You will work at the intersection of mobility, machine learning, and advanced analytics to unlock insights and build intelligent systems to enhance customer experience.
This role requires a strong background in data science, AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) algorithms, and automotive domain knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, telematics, and embedded systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Integrate and implement AI to various aspects of Holler Classic Business Operations
Inventory Management
Develop demand forecasting models using sales trends, seasonality, and regional factors Optimize vehicle allocation and stocking levels across dealerships using predictive analytics Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend data-driven liquidation strategies Integrate supply chain and production data to improve inventory planning
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Segment customers using clustering and behavioral analytics Build AI-driven models to predict churn, service retention, and upsell opportunities Design personalized engagement strategies across digital channels Analyze customer lifetime value (CLV) and recommend loyalty programs
Marketing Analytics
Evaluate and optimize marketing campaign performance using attribution modeling Build recommendation systems for personalized vehicle or service offers Leverage NLP for sentiment analysis on customer feedback, reviews, and social media Support digital ad spend optimization using multi-touch data and predictive ROI modeling
General Business Analytics
Build dashboards and decision-support tools for executives and business units Analyze dealership performance metrics and identify operational inefficiencies
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, automotive technologies, and regulatory requirements Any other task assigned by Chief Operating Officer Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires an individual with a knowledge of Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research and Artificial Intelligence. BS Degree (Engineering, Data Science, Chemistry, Physics) or BA Degree (Business, Accounting, Market Research) Ability to think through problems and formulate a structure to solve Experience in Academic project work in AI/Data Science or work experience in AI/Data Science Strong work ethic with perseverance and grit in completing tasks Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Pass background screening requirement Reliable transportation Benefits:
