Lead Web Experience Manager at Citrix. Location: Preferred in South Florida, but remote US is acceptable. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology, balancing creative vision with hands-on technical execution to create a world-class digital experience for customers. Your focus is to architect a seamless and engaging user journey that drives key business objectives, with emphasis on customer engagement and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will design, develop, and deploy messaging across all digital touchpoints and serve as the bridge between creative concepts and final execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams before leading implementation. The ideal candidate is strategic, with a modern web standards mindset, a keen eye for design, and a passion for data-driven results. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmap for Citrix.com, focusing on UX, performance, content delivery, and design aesthetics. Lead hands-on design and development of all new landing pages and web experiences, from wireframes and mockups to final, responsive code. Champion a user-centric approach using analytics, user testing, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing leadership and product teams to align website goals with broader objectives, product launches, and initiatives that enhance customer value and market perception. Lead A/B and multivariate testing to deepen engagement, drive product adoption, and improve customer satisfaction. Act as the central point of contact for all web-related projects, managing intake, prioritization, and execution across internal teams. Partner with content teams, brand strategists, and product managers to develop campaign ideas and messaging; own creative and technical execution. Work with IT and back-end teams to ensure the website is technically sound, scalable, secure, and built on a robust infrastructure. Translate business requirements and creative briefs into functional, high-quality web pages. Own the web analytics strategy (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar), measure performance, track user behavior, and define engagement metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards to report on web performance, user insights, and progress against goals for stakeholders. Turn data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Partner with content marketing and external agencies to ensure brand messaging is fresh, relevant, and SEO-friendly. Develop and implement content strategies for emerging search paradigms (AI-driven search, LLMs, voice search) to maximize discoverability across platforms; manage relationships with SEO agencies. Leverage the CMS to enable efficient updates and dynamic personalization for customers. Provide technical leadership for the web platform, overseeing maintenance, bug fixes, and migrations; stay ahead of emerging web technologies and digital marketing practices. Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8+ years in web management, digital experience, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS. Track record of developing and executing web strategies with measurable improvements in UX and business metrics (retention, engagement, account expansion). Experience managing large-scale websites and leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion. Skills: Strong design and UX/UI sensibility; hands-on front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript); CMS experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore). Data & Analytics: Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms; SEO tools a plus. Project Management: Proficient with Jira, Trello, or Asana; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. Communication & Influence: Ability to present complex data and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits
