As a General Manager , you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and ensure your store is successful. You will instill the Wendy’s culture, motivate the team to exceed customer expectations, and hold total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.
Qualifications
You have three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
You have a strong background in restaurant operations with achievements in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
You are passionate about developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
