Product Operations Lead | Greater San Jose + Palo Alto (Contract through Jan. 2026) lululemon is hiring for a Product Operations Lead responsible for store product strategy execution, product operations, and inventory management. This role includes leading inventory shifts, managing back of house (BOH) product operations, ensuring floor and BOH are stocked and organized, contributing to performance evaluations and hiring input, acting as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when on floor, and delivering a world-class guest experience when scheduled on the floor. Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team and focuses on executing the store product strategy through product operations and inventory management. Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs. Execute product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift environment. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations on product focus and pricing as applicable. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding. Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development with feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store hours, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience. Job Requirements

Eligibility:

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Travel:

Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule/Availability

The work schedule can vary based on store needs. Shifts are typically mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or events, some team members may have early mornings or late nights/overnights. Experience

At least 1 year of work experience. Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work. Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others. Job Assets (Nice to Have)

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or higher. Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to inform action. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: Food safety and/or liquor service certification (not required). What We Look For

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.61/hour; Target Bonus: $2.00/hour; Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.61/hour.
