Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned service lines and leadership, designing and operationalizing HR plans and programs aligned with the organization’s mission. Provide direction, coordination, and management of the HR function; prepare regular HR analytics, trends, forecasting, and workforce planning. Partner with business unit leaders to identify, plan, and implement strategic objectives aligned with business strategies. Design, develop, and implement HR projects and initiatives; research best practices, analyze data, and measure outcomes with appropriate metrics. Collaborate on workforce planning, improve 90-day onboarding and retention for key positions; manage applicant pipelines (e.g., Taleo) and serve as the point of contact for HR processes. Coordinate with HR functions to design and implement key HR programs; support managers as an internal consultant on people and organizational issues. Assist with learning and development initiatives, leadership coaching, and performance management; ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations; participate in performance improvement activities; support Joint Commission accreditation and other standards. Foster a culture of CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Expertise) and model service excellence. Adhere to compliance standards, protect confidentiality, and report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse through appropriate channels. Qualifications
Generally requires 7 to 10 years of related experience; management experience required. At least 7 years of direct Human Resources management including employee relations; PHR/SHRM certification highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Valid license or certification as required by role or specialty. Credentials & Compliance
