• Job Title: RN Supervisor – Long-Term Care (Travel Nursing)
• Location: Geneva, NY 14456 (Finger Lakes, New York healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing / Locum Tenens
• Healthcare Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Shift: Part Time Evenings (3:00pm – 11:30pm), every other weekend and holidays required
• Contract Duration: 19 weeks (Start: 10/21/2025 – End: 2/28/2026)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860 - $2000
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation required (will float across units and between Living Center North/South locations)

Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care (LTC) nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or nurse manager experience
• Ability to work evening shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
• Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
• Reliable personal transportation for travel between healthcare facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing units and provide clinical oversight to healthcare staff
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing department activities in compliance with healthcare policies and state regulations
• Ensure high-quality resident care through staff education and supervision
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to address unit issues and implement solutions
• Make administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator during off-shifts and weekends
• Float between Living Center North and South locations as needed
