About the Role: King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) is seeking

Human Resource (HR) Talent Coordinators

to join the Human Resources team! The HR Talent Coordinator will work with HR talent acquisition team and hiring authorities to hire, promote, and develop our division's workforce in a timely and equitable manner. This is an exciting opportunity to make a large, direct impact within WTD as the HR team innovates and implements changes to support the rapidly growing division. Job Duties

What You Will Be Doing

:

Use PeopleSoft, NEOGOV, Word, Excel, and Teams to complete recruiting activities and projects; assist with the maintenance of personnel and human resources files and records, including Laserfiche administration. Provide support with HR process creation and data tracking. Provide recruiting support, including candidate outreach, scheduling, materials coordination, recruitment events, acts as the designated back-up for HR Analyst Recruiters for assigned recruitments. Assist in new employee pre-employment processing and onboarding support. Assist with a variety of HR/recruiting special projects. Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

Highly proficient in the use of various computer software such as but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams. Progressive experience providing customer service, human resources, or administrative support. Experience with or working knowledge of an applicant tracking or customer relationship management system. Experience working in data entry and basic data analysis experience. Work Location:

This position follows a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-person work. In-person work may be at various King County worksites including the wastewater treatment facilities and the collaboration space at King Street Center (201 S. Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98104). The frequency of in-person presence is guided by business needs and may be adjusted accordingly. Requirement:

Employees must reside in Washington State and be within a reasonable distance to King County worksites to meet onsite reporting requirements. Work Schedule: This position is non-exempt from the overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) and is overtime eligible. Union Representation: Teamsters Local 117 Professional & Technical and Administrative Support collective bargaining agreement. Duration: This recruitment aims to fill a Special Duty Assignment (SDA) or Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) position with an anticipated 2-year assignment.
