Human Resource (HR) Talent Coordinators
to join the Human Resources team. The HR Talent Coordinator will work with the HR talent acquisition team and hiring authorities to hire, promote, and develop the division’s workforce in a timely and equitable manner. This role supports a growing division and contributes to innovative HR changes while upholding a collaborative, supportive team culture. What You Will Be Doing : Use PeopleSoft, NEOGOV, Word, Excel, and Teams to complete recruiting activities and projects; assist with maintenance of personnel and HR files/records, including Laserfiche administration. Provide support with HR process creation and data tracking. Provide recruiting support, including candidate outreach, scheduling, materials coordination, and recruitment events; act as the designated back-up for HR Analyst Recruiters for assigned recruitments. Assist in new employee pre-employment processing and onboarding support. Assist with a variety of HR/recruiting special projects. Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
Qualifications You Bring : Highly proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. Progressive experience providing customer service, human resources, or administrative support. Experience with or working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM. Experience with data entry and basic data analysis. Experience working with the public and/or diverse constituencies. Competencies You Bring : Customer Focused – Building strong customer relationships and delivering client-centric solutions. Action Oriented – Handling new opportunities and challenges with urgency and energy. Resourcefulness – Deploying resources effectively and efficiently. Nimble Learning – Learning through experimentation and using experiences to improve. It Would Be Great If You Also Bring : SHRM or HRCI certification or AA/BS in Human Resources. Experience with confidential records/materials. Experience with NEOGOV. Experience with PeopleSoft or other enterprise HRIS.

Working Conditions : Hybrid work model; in-person work may occur at King County worksites including wastewater facilities and King Street Center. In-person frequency guided by business needs. Must reside in Washington State and be within reasonable distance to King County worksites. Non-exempt from FLSA overtime; overtime eligible.
