Job Description Education • Bachelor's/University degree.

Certification • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role within the financial services industry. • Proven experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and issue tracking. • Demonstrated ability to manage and formalize project documentation, including minutes, action logs, and project plans. • Experience in creating and updating governance decks and management reports. • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • Understanding of data management principles and experience with issue tracking systems is highly desirable. • Experience in Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) or other regulatory reporting regimes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making within the context of Operations optimization • Experience leading AI implementation programs

Responsibilities • Spearheads innovation initiatives, including piloting projects to streamline data and documentation processes and enhance operational efficiency within the context of the evolving Operations Operating Model. Explores the application of automation technologies, including AI, for repetitive tasks. • Provides comprehensive Project Management Office (PMO) support across Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) implementations, diligently formalizing meeting minutes, tracking intricate project plans, dependencies, risks, and actions to ensure successful and compliant delivery. • Identifies and proactively drives strategic opportunities within the NFRR framework, leveraging insights to optimize processes and enhance regulatory compliance. • Drives and champions the implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs in close partnership with Technology teams, specifically focusing on strengthening control mechanisms and enhancing reporting capabilities. • Facilitates and champions effective communication channels and fosters collaborative environments among diverse project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding throughout project lifecycles. • Assists in the meticulous preparation of detailed project timelines, comprehensive resource plans, and robust budget tracking mechanisms, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within financial parameters. • Prepares and continuously updates critical governance decks and comprehensive project reports, tailoring communications for various senior stakeholder groups, including steering committees and working groups, to ensure transparent oversight. • Maintains and rigorously tracks all project documentation, diligently ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and accessibility to support audit readiness and facilitate informed decision-making. • Supports and guides other smaller, impactful projects within the SMBIC Data and Regulatory Operations Group, consistently applying established PMO best practices to achieve efficient and successful project outcomes.
