Compensation Pay Range:$16.66-$23.80 Per Hr
Description Provide clinical and office support to healthcare professionals. Assist in various patient care tasks to ensure quality service. Perform clerical duties, including handling patient records and scheduling. Manage medical supplies and inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support in maintaining accurate patient information and documentation. Assist in scheduling and coordinating medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities Assist in patient care activities such as venipuncture and EKGs. Organize patient flow and manage schedules. Relay instructions and information to patients and families. Enter orders and manage prescription refill requests. Maintain and restock medical supplies and equipment. Ensure examination room and instruments are properly prepared and sterilized. Perform appointment scheduling and update patient information.
Qualifications 3 years of experience as a medical assistant. Certification from an approved medical assistant program. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite. Effective communication skills in a multicultural environment. High School Diploma or GED.
