Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled care in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who thrive in team-driven environments and value consistent weekday scheduling.

Position Overview

• Location: Nashua, NH
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
• Productivity Requirement: 90%
• Duration: 13-week assignment (with opportunity for extension)
• EMR System: Experience preferred, not required

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team
