Base pay range

$72,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Media & Influencer Relations: lead media strategy and execution for cybersecurity clients; maintain relationships with reporters across 10+ outlets
• Public relations execution: craft proactive pitches, drive coverage and thought leadership, and manage influencer engagement
• Market insights: identify trends, journalists, and outlets in the security space and share insights across the agency
• Campaign management: oversee cybersecurity-focused PR programs, including media relations, analyst engagement, speaking opportunities, and content
• Client leadership: lead weekly client calls, provide strategic counsel, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery
• Content development: write and edit cybersecurity-focused content (thought leadership, press materials, abstracts, speaking notes, etc.) ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Measurement & analytics: lead results reporting and use data to optimize campaigns; communicate ROI to clients
• Mentorship & collaboration: coach junior staff and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated services

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting (required)
• Direct cybersecurity or security industry experience; strong media relationships across tech, business, and security trades
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling media narratives
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Experience managing client communications, priorities, and deliverables
• Comfort with analytics tools and performance reporting
• Collaborative, curious, client-first mindset
