Office Assistant

Our established planning firm, Strategic Wealth Solutions in Urbandale, IA, is looking for an Office Assistant to play a key role in running and coordinating the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office. Our formula for success has been to put our customers first and treat them with honesty and integrity. Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- CRM experience
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication; both verbal and written
- Good-nature, positive attitude
- Self-directed initiative
- A desire for continuous learning
- Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:
- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
- Record notes from client conversations in an accurate manner into CRM
- Complete and process new client applications; accuracy being pertinent
- Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
- Process transactions
- Handle beneficiary changes/withdrawals
- Various industry specific tasks
- Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence
- Provide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.
- Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic
- Responsible for working directly with carriers and the AE back office
- M-F 9am-3pm
- Some evenings required for client events
