Night Auditor role at Concord Hospitality Enterprises

We are hiring a Night Auditor. This front desk position is open 24/7 and requires a proactive, customer-service oriented mindset. The night shift involves working with less direct supervision while helping close out the day and handling check-ins/check-outs during non-traditional hours. You will contribute to guest safety and comfort by monitoring activity and weather-related issues, and you will interact with guests in a semi-independent capacity. Role Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, reservations, and related tasks.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts.
• Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
