We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

Morning Shift: Sat/Sun 7am-1pm, Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Evening Shift: Sat/Sun 11am-7pm, Mon-Thurs 3pm-11pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
