We are seeking a house cleaning professional to join our team. As a house cleaning professional, you will be responsible for cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.

The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $18.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. You will also have the opportunity to earn tips and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Follow our process and delight every customer
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies

Requirements

• Must have experience in Maid, Housekeeping, or Janitorial to be considered for employment
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
