Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and our proven process.
• Follow our process to delight every customer. Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If designated as team lead, manage the team's schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment; ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: legally authorized to work in the United States; complete a background check; physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks; available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm; bilingual preferred, able to communicate with clients.

Pay and Benefits

• Compensation: Earn $500 per week with the ability to make up to $1,000 per week, paid weekly.
• Benefits: Paid time off — 5 days after 1 year; 10 days after 3 years.
• What we provide: full cleaning supplies, training, uniforms, and an opportunity for advancement. A company car may be provided for some roles.
