Responsibilities
Independently manages budget development, coordination, implementation, reporting, and monitoring of administrative staff service functions of the 2070 Program Administration in support of the Divisions of Traffic Operations and Safety Programs.
Oversees the 2070 Program's Annual Budget Development process; manages procurement and contracts to ensure appropriate internal control and compliance.
Identifies and coordinates the development of Budget Change Proposals (BCP) and Finance Letters (FL).
Implements policies and procedures to promote organizational efficiency and operational excellence within the Office of Program Management.
Responsible for program management and workload-based performance budgeting in alignment with program and department policies, procedures, and strategies.
Develops short- and long-term plans to improve operational efficiency and supports the Division of Traffic Operations and Safety Programs with strategic planning and implementation of program goals and initiatives.
