What You’ll Be Working On: Owning a 50 percent outbound motion to build and close pipeline. Running full-cycle deals from discovery to close with clean forecasting. Targeting 50–250 engineer accounts, selling to developers and eng leaders. Driving crisp demos, clear value cases, and competitive positioning. Iterating the playbook, tools, and sequences to increase win rates. Partnering with founders on pricing, packaging, and field feedback. Maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and predictable coverage. The Right Fit: 3–6 years closing mid-market or enterprise deals in dev tools or infra. Consistent 100 percent plus attainment, promotions, or President’s Club. Comfortable self-sourcing at least half your pipeline. Fluent in developer language, with CI/CD understanding. Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, concise, and credible. Curious, experimental, and tenacious with follow ups. Thrives in an in-person startup with ambiguity and pace. Based in San Francisco and available in office five days a week.
