Overview
I’m partnering with a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup in the
developer tools/infrastructure
space to hire
two Account Executives
to join their growing team in
downtown San Francisco (on-site, 5 days/week) . One
mid-market AE
ready to step up into enterprise-level deals One
seasoned enterprise AE
with a proven record in technical SaaS sales Both roles require a proactive approach to pipeline generation ( 50% outbound ) and a strong track record of
consistently exceeding quota
in a sales-led motion. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle for $100K+ deals (average 3–4 week cycle) Generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound and inbound channels Collaborate closely with founders and sales leadership — potential to grow into
Head of Sales Continuously optimize your sales process and experiment with new tools & tactics Thrive in a
fast-paced, in-person startup environment Are
scrappy, tenacious , and creative in your prospecting Have experience selling
developer tools, infra, or databases Love improving systems, trying new sales strategies, and moving fast You’ve launched your own side project or startup You enjoy building and iterating on sales processes You’re curious, adaptable, and eager to make an impact in an early-stage company Experience:
3–6 years in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales Location:
