Annual Bonus and Commission My client, a Dallas-based consultancy helping enterprise organizations capture value from AI through AI Strategy, Implementation, and Training, is seeking a Management Consultant at the Principal level to focus on AI Strategy & Transformation. As a Principal, you will lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements with enterprise clients — from identifying strategic AI opportunities to overseeing the pilots and implementations that bring those opportunities to life. Principals act as trusted advisors to executives while directing internal consulting teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead AI strategy and transformation programs
— own the process from discovery and business case development through pilot execution and scaling. Advise C-Suite leaders
on AI strategy, risk management, and operating model design; serve as a thought partner in setting direction and priorities. Oversee delivery teams
(Consultants, Engineers, Data Scientists) to ensure pilots and implementations achieve defined ROI and business outcomes. Structure and manage multi-workstream programs , coordinating across strategy, technical, and change management functions. Drive organizational adoption
by guiding clients on change management, capability building, and operating model integration. Ensure delivery excellence
through hypothesis-driven problem solving, quality assurance of insights, and executive-ready storytelling. Mentor and develop junior consultants , instilling consulting toolkit and leadership behaviors. Contribute to firm growth
by shaping methodologies, recruiting talent, and supporting account expansion in collaboration with Client Partners. Structured problem solving; hypothesis-driven consulting approach. Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence C-Suite and Board-level stakeholders. Program leadership experience — structuring, leading, and de-risking multi-workstream initiatives. Fluency in bridging business strategy with data/AI/technology execution. Change management and organizational transformation experience. Commercial mindset with proven ability to link recommendations to P&L impact. People leadership; demonstrated ability to coach and elevate teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) % of transformation programs delivered on time and within scope. Executive client satisfaction (NPS, C-Suite feedback). ROI realization from pilots and scaled implementations. Account growth and revenue contribution. Consultant development and retention rates. Qualifications 7–10 years of management consulting experience, ideally with a strategy consulting firm. Track record advising executives on strategy and transformation programs. Experience managing both strategy and delivery for technology or AI-driven initiatives. Strong business acumen with exposure to multiple industries (e.g., logistics, financial services, AgTech, construction). This role is onsite M/T/Th/F in Addison Seniority level
