Business Transformation Architecture and Delivery - Senior Consultant- Multiple Locations
Join EY as a Senior Consultant within the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice. This role supports complex transformation initiatives across technology, business, and infrastructure domains.
Location Anywhere in Country.
Opportunity As a Senior Consultant you will design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks, provide product management approaches, and enable value realization. You will work on Enterprise Transformation and Governance, Technology Enablement and Process Optimization, Value Realization and Business Case Development, and Change Management and Executive Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.
Contribute to product and program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).
Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.
Travel as needed to support client engagements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strategic Transformation leadership – TMO/PMO oversight, Agile Program Management (SAFe, Scrum), end-to-end delivery.
Risk and Resource Management across workstreams.
Operating model design, governance model development, and change management transformation expertise.
Business case development, ideation, storytelling, advanced data modeling, and value realization.
Budget ownership for projects exceeding $1M.
Technology strategy and implementation – AI, LLM, RPA, ERP (SAP/Cloud) integration.
Performance management, process improvement, portfolio strategy, cost optimization, technology deployment knowledge.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams as workstream lead, deliverable owner, and mentor.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience, preferably in professional services or management consulting.
Exposure to business process documentation, solution architecture, product and portfolio management, program delivery.
Experience supporting transformation initiatives: TMO/EPMO setup, change management, digital fluency, problem solving, communication, travel 60–80%.
Knowledge of tax, technology implementation, sectors (TMT, PE, Industrials, Energy, Media, Consumer, Health, Life Sciences, Retail).
Preferred Experience
Degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office experience.
PMP, Six Sigma, Agile certifications.
Sector expertise in industries mentioned.
RFP response, stakeholder engagement.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation: base salary range $97,300–$178,300 nationwide; $116,700–$202,600 for NYC metro, Washington State, California.
