My client is a leading plastics manufacturing company primarily supporting the healthcare and life science industry. They utilize both injection and blow molding techniques to meet client needs and delivery high end results. My client is actively growing and anticipating 25% growth year over year for the next 5 years. They are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join their fast paced dynamic environment.
Job Description
Coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to align project goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any project-related concerns. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout all project phases. Monitor project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external use. Support the team in achieving continuous improvement initiatives within the department. The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A strong background in project management within engineering and manufacturing. Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
