What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and engineering capabilities
Collaborate with various teams to address complex technical challenges and improve systems
Develop and implement technical software development strategies across multiple domains
Mentor and coach engineering teams, sharing best practices and improving processes
Analyze costs and forecast resource requirements to support business plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of professional DevOps experience
5+ years of leading CICDCT and IaC initiatives
8+ years of experience in architecture and design
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one other modern programming language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Track record of publications in credible conferences and journals
Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Operational Framework and security protocols
Experience in open-source frameworks and automated testing
Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle
