has partnered with a company located in Princeton, NJ. We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategy for a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in private equity-backed environments, who thrives in building financial infrastructure from the ground up. A background in

pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries

is highly preferred due to the complexity and regulatory nature of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing budgeting processes, financial controls, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Full-Time Salary Range:

$150,000 – $170,000 Responsibilities

Design and implement the company’s annual budgeting process from scratch, including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning Build and standardize financial processes and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive business performance Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation of financial statements and management reports Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor KPIs, cost structures, and capital allocation strategies Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and treasury functions Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and private equity stakeholders Support due diligence, financial modeling, and integration efforts related to M&A or investment activity Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a private equity-backed company Proven track record of building budgets and financial processes from the ground up Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is a plus Background in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is highly preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment with evolving priorities Benefits:
