Job Description
Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met efficiently. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for leadership. Support budget management, including tracking expenses and cost forecasting. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with construction project management tools and software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
