My client is a highly respected general contractor in the Indianapolis market, with projected revenues exceeding $300 million in 2025. They are recognized for their expertise in delivering complex and specialized projects across sectors such as science, higher education, and healthcare. Currently, they are managing four active projects valued at over $150 million each, and they are on track to sustain this level of workload for the foreseeable future.
Job Description
Key Project Management Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion Prepare and manage budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation Interpret and communicate plans and contracts to stakeholders, including clients and staff Direct and supervise construction teams and related personnel on-site Negotiate and prepare contracts with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Resolve project issues by collaborating with owners, contractors, and design professionals

The successful candidate has the following qualifications:
At least 5-10+ yrs of relevant experience Ability to build and maintain strong relationships between colleagues and clients Proven success in on-site management and oversight Strong interpersonal and written communication skills A leader and problem solver Effective communication skills to motivate your team. The fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in both Autodesk and Viewpoint software What's on Offer
