Our client is one of the most respected general contractors in the Indianapolis market. They are a mid-sized company that does between $65M-$70M in yearly revenue, with a full project pipeline extending into 2029. They are K-12 heavy however they also focus on a variety of commercial projects. There are looking to continue to grow and bring on larger projects, due to that they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join the team and grow with the company long term.

Job Description

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of education construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial constraints. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes in project scope. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and invoices. Lead and inspire project teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - K-12 + Commercial Projects should have:

Experience managing construction projects in the K-12 and commercial sectors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
