Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning through to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or budget overruns. Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction project management, preferably within the commercial construction industry. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively. A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities. What's on Offer
