This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role:

We are seeking a junior-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This is a 6-month temporary assignment to provide coverage for an employee currently on extended leave. There is a possibility that the position could become temp-to-hire, depending on future developments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain valuable experience within a stable and growing financial institution. Key Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable tasks, including onboarding of new clients and vendors Support the Operations Accounting team with various account reconciliations Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all AP activities Maintain records, documentation, and files in accordance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master records in the AP system.
