Job Title:
Accounts Payable Associate
Location:
Golden Valley, MN (Hybrid Schedule) – this role requires weekly onsite presence in Golden Valley, MN. Only local applicants in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration.
Pay Rate:
$27.50–$33/hr dependent on applicable experience

Our client, a respected and growing organization in the Golden Valley area, is seeking an
Accounts Payable Associate
to join their dynamic accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day AP operations. Responsibilities
Process and code invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Perform 3-way match and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
Prepare and process weekly ACH and check runs
Maintain vendor accounts, statements, and documentation
Support month-end close through accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist with process improvements and AP automation initiatives
Provide support for audits and compliance requests as needed
Requirements
2–4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Proficiency with JDEdwards or Oracle ERP systems
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills
Strong communication and ability to collaborate across departments
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
